Service

Robot service

Maintenance, repairs, software and hardware upgrades, and service plans that keep robots working after the sale, for companies in Europe.

What service covers

Maintenance

Scheduled inspections, calibration, and checks of batteries, joints, sensors and wear parts, so that faults are found before they stop work.

Repairs

Diagnostics, replacement of failed parts and a test run on the task before the robot goes back to work.

Upgrades

Software and firmware updates tested on the robot's real task, and hardware upgrades such as new hands, grippers, sensors or batteries.

Service plans

An agreed scope of maintenance and repairs, set when the robot is delivered, so that running costs are known in advance.

Why service matters now

Most new robots have not yet reached daily work. A robot that runs every shift needs scheduled maintenance, fast repairs and updates tested on its task; this work decides whether it stays in operation after the first months.
